• Active students of SDU semester 3-8

• Minimum GPA 3.00

• Minimum TOEFL Score of 477

• Have an active passport

• In excellent health

• Willing to pay the costs (flight tickets, health insurance, living costs, and dorm fee)

• Have paid all study costs in SDU

• Meet the requirement of the chosen university

• Medical certificate from a certified health institution

• Academic Transcript

• Tuition Payment list (taken from SIA)

• Other documents required by the chosen university

• The student chooses a target university.

• The student informs the International Office (IO/BKHI) of SDU by coming to the office.

• IO will send an email to the target university to nominate the students.

• The student prepares documents needed for application.

• IO sends the documents to the target university (hard copy) if needed.

• The student waits for the announcement from the target university.

The participating students in the exchange program is responsible in providing for their personal needs, such as accommodation fee, transportation expenses, books, insurance, and the like while studying abroad. The responsibility of the Association is
limited only on the following subsidies:

2. Travel
