Author Guidelines

Thank you for choosing to submit your paper to us. These guidelines will ensure have everything required so your paper can move through peer review, production and publication smoothly. Please take the time to read and follow them as closely as possible, as doing so will ensure your paper matches our requirements.

Double-Blind Review Process

To maintain the technical quality of the conference, we are adopting a double-blind review for the submission. In the double-blind review, reviewers’ identities are not disclosed to authors. Moreover, reviewers will treat each submission on its own merits, and not seek to research the authors’ identities. Therefore, authors must omit from their submission author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, and omit/disguise other details (such as URLs and project/product names) that may disclose identity. Do not eliminate self-references to your published work that are relevant and essential to a proper review of your submission. Instead, write self-references in the third person (e.g. “Previous work by Putri [10] has shown …”). The goal and spirit of double-blind review are to create uncertainty about authorship, which is sufficient to realize most of its benefits.

Ensuring a Double-Blind Review Process

To ensure the integrity of the double-blind review process for submission to this conference, every effort should be made to prevent the identities of the authors and reviewers from being known to each other. This involves the authors, editors, and reviewers (who upload documents as part of their review) checking to see if the following steps have been taken with regard to the text and the file properties:

  1. The authors of the document have replaced their names from the text with “Anonymous.”
  2. With Microsoft Word documents, author identification should be removed from the properties for the file. Please follow these instructions to remove hidden data and your personal information in word documents.

Preparing Your Paper

Authors must prepare their papers using Microsoft Word, according to these guidelines.

  1. Articles have not been published or accepted for publication, or are being considered for publication elsewhere.
  2. Margins are 4 cm (top), 2.5 cm (left and right), and 2.7 cm (bottom).
  3. There are no page numbers, or headers and footers, within the paper.
  4. Text is a single space, not double space.
  5. All pages are portrait (landscape pages should be rotated).
  6. Reference lists are checked for accuracy.
